Are you looking to fine tune your steering feel for your E36? In the simplest terms possible this allows you to remove KPI while maintaining negative camber. Drifters in Japan like Naoki Nakamura have been experimenting with included angle and KPI on the S Chassis for years and now it's time for the E36.

E36's come with a higher KPI angle from the factory than S Chassis this will help get you closer to the ideal KPI for snappy transitions and aggressive driving. Removing KPI makes the steering feel lighter and smoother going to lock. E36's were not designed to have 50+ degrees of steering angle.

The coolest part of the kit is you do not need to remove the bolts all the way to switch the shims! They just slip over the bolts.

These plates add negative camber and scrub radius at the knuckle. This allows you to adjust your camber plates out and reduce your KPI for best drift performance. This kit can also be used to add negative camber if you're using stock lower control arms and there is not enough adjustment on the camber plate!

I tested this kit on my personal 1JZ E36 at Laguna Seca for Gridlife and for such a low cost you can transform the way the car feels. I used the 5mm shim on my setup.

The kit includes

  • (2) 2.5mm 304 Stainelss Shims
  • (2) 5mm 304 Stainless Shims
  • (4) Extended 12.9 American made lower knuckles bolts
  • (4) High Grade lockwashers

Always assemble with some sort of thread lock and torque to factory spec!

It isn't advised to run both shims stacked as we have not tested this yet!
